Refund policy

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at customer@studiosaum.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to be returned once received.

Returns

We hope you love your order from Studio Saum.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU and UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, in their original condition and packaging
Complete with all labels, tags, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to request a return

Please email us at customer@studiosaum.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Securely pack your item(s) and affix the label to the parcel.

Return shipping costs

EU & UK customers:
- If you choose exchange, return shipping is complimentary.
- If you prefer a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return has been received.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Jewelry and earrings
Skincare, fragrance, or opened self-care products
Sale or final-marked items

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@studiosaum.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
