At present, Studio Saum ships exclusively within:

France
European Union
United Kingdom

We do not currently offer shipping outside these regions.

Processing time

Orders are prepared with care and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

During high-demand periods (such as collection launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipping methods & delivery times

We partner with trusted carriers such as Colissimo, DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery of your order.

France: 3–5 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on customs checks (for UK orders) or local courier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping starts at €200

Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions — details will be announced on our website or via our newsletter.

Customs & duties (UK orders)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees once the parcel reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
